Medical Record Summary Service was founded in 2010 by Brenda Montgomery. Brenda began her career in 1987 as a personal injury paralegal. She then turned to the "other side" and began a career in the insurance industry where she worked for over 20 years as a Casualty Claims Adjuster, Litigation Specialist, Supervisor, Manager and as a Claims Department Trainer. While working for the insurance companies, she developed and presented a series of presentations entitled, "What Insurance Companies are Looking for in a Settlement Demand" at the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association seminars.
With over 25 years of experience reviewing settlement demands from the adjuster, litigation and management perspectives, Brenda knows what the insurance company views as important issues and she is able to bring those issues to the forefront with her in depth case analysis skills.
